    Step : 1

    We invest in time to ensure we got the right FIT for technical for instance we required them to be passing the Technical Paper Test in their field and Technical Interview.

    Or when we have found someone who has a high level of passion to be in other new field of IT like wanting to move from Java to something else we are also support them and recommend their passion to our client since we believe that Happy and Willing people can deliver their best potential in a longer run for organization.

  • Organizational & Realness FIT Assessment 
    Step : 2

    we are also care about who candidate are and what they really want because this human mechanism will drive highest performance and level of motivation in people.

    If we don’t really know who they are and what they want and we are trying to push them to available client for our revenue therefore we seem to only care the short run partnership with our client.

    Therefor our time with our candidate to fully understand their realness and passion is really importance to them and to the succeed of their client, we have been using the Psychological FIT Assessment to well-rounded discover and fully analyze them as a person.
