Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager – Business Process Improvement
Responsibilities:
- Review the existing operational process and initiate process improvement in order to improve process.
- Introduce process and improvement to enhance work efficiency.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of process improvement implementation.
- Ensure implementation of efficient operational procedure.
- Design process to support new product / service to support the customer.
- Assist the team with ad hoc analysis and projects.
- Establish workflows and risk assessment to handing New Product / Business.
Qualification:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Process Improvement or / and Business Continuity Plan or / and Process Re-engineering.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields.
- Have extensive experience and strong background in Business Process (Preferable).
- Experience with and understanding of process design is an advantage.
- Good communication skill with all levels of employees and strong team player.
