Job Description

Reporting to: Recruitment Team Lead
Job Title: Recruitment Professional
Job Duties:

The Recruitment Professional will provide this support by performing the following job activities:

  • Work closely with Hiring Manager to get requirement and qualification
  • Sourcing and Phone interviewing to screen a quality candidate to meet the daily target
  • Preparing shortlisted candidates, resumes and presenting to Hiring manager as professional
  • Handling shortlisted candidate for assessing, Technical Conduct Interview to FIT interview
  • Ensure offering and employment process for selected candidates before transfer task to Happiness team
  • Handling recruitment activities as assigned
  • Record all recruitment activities in report
  • Preparing weekly report for recruitment team.
Key Performance Measures:
  • Recruitment Target.
  • Attrition Target.
  • Report accurately and on time.
  • Cost Centre Plan.
  • Augmentis Way Compliance Score.
Skills / Qualification:
  • Thai nationality, age 23 – 29 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields; Business Computer or IT related fields will be an advantage
  • 1 years’ experience in technical recruiting.
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal skills and an effective communicator.
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Have a higher patience, able to work under pressure and dedicated to the work.
